How to connect it to my phone?

search our phone APP and register it with your username and passorwd, adding the camera by inputting the the unique SN and password of the camera.

Why cannot search the camera?

it may be blocked by the firewall of your computer. you can try add manually with the default IP address of 192.168.1.10

Why cannot connect the camera?

1. make sure the power supplier of the camera is 12v

2. No other device with the same ip address of the camera.
