F:No plugins installed,the plug-in must be installed when accessing the IP Camera for the first time using the Internet Explore.

5,Q:When I finish the steps to add the camera to the Camhi list,why it notify “ Can’t find the Device “ even I can see the default ip address 192.168.1.88 in the menu .

F:Maybe the default ip address is not in the same network segment as your router. The camera IP and your router must be in the same betwork segment.if not,you need to change the camera IP to the same to router.

Now the factory IP camera has been set to automatically obtain IP,so you can use it diretly

F:The camera with audio need external pickup can be a sound.if you use NVR to record,the NVR need to support audio ,the stored video will have a sound.

View camera on Web:

The camera needs to be in the same network segment with the router in order to be out of the image, so from November 2016 after all the factory camera, the default factory have been changed to automatically obtain IP.So when you view the camera on Web,first check the camera IP via PC Client,Camera IP is not fixed 192.168.1.88.（Recommended with IE browser）

When you press the reset button,the camera IP change fixed192.168.1.88,need to change the camera is automatically obtain IP as following on IE browser to change.
