1. When the NVR connect with H.265 camrea, the setting page show “H.264+”, but its actually compatible with H.265 video stream.

2. In order to enhance the stability of the system and high-speed storage, it support i8 video format backup only, do not support third party video player. Its not a problem and please know that before you buy.

Notice:

1). Do not support SSD

2). Because the NVR is Embedded LINUX System, there is limited compatibility for HDD.(All NVR on the market just like that),

we suggest to used Seagate or WD new model hard drives(Model sale within 1-2 years), don’t use old HDD.At least 5900 RPM of the HDD.

3). Because the limitation of air shipping. Sometimes we have to take out the button battery (+3V) before shiped, the battery were used to record time. NVR Support network time synchronization, its not no effect on normal used without that battery.
