2. Q: The camera support wifi or wired it?

A: The camera support both wifi setting and wired to router.

7.Q: How to set up Email, motion detection alarm?

A: It is easier to be set up by logining on IE brower, you can follow the manual to set it up. If you have any problem for that, please ask us for help.

8.Q: Why wifi can not configure successfully? Does it support dual band router 2.4G and 5G wifi?

A: This is a 2.4GHZ supported camera and it doesn’t not support 5GHZ networks.
